Hire Charges
You can check the availability of the Hall by accessing the Google calendar below before sending your Booking Enquiry.
The hall can be hired by the hour or for regular hire on a termly basis.
As of bookings made after 1st January 2023 our charges for the hire of the hall are:
Non-residents Single hire rate
Block bookings hire rate
Parishioner rate
Use of recreation ground
£25.00 per hour deposit £75.00
£15.00 per hour
£20.00 per hour deposit £75.00
£ 150.00 one off
If bar is required there will be a charge of £40.00 for the 1st three hours, then £25.00 per hour
If full kitchen hire (cooking facilities) is required, there will be a £20.00 charge for the 1st three hours followed by £10.00 per hour
A returnable cleaning deposit of £150 will be required. This will be discussed at the time of your booking.
Clear sticky tape (Cellotape) must not be used to attach pictures/decorations etc to the walls
Single hire charges are payable in full on confirmation of booking.
Regular hirers are required to pay termly in advance on receipt of invoice.

By booking Milton Lilbourne Village Hall or Recreation Ground you agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions which are included on this website.
Your booking hours are the hours specified on the booking form. You will not be able to access the hall before the start time and the key must be returned to the keyholder immediately following the end time. Please therefore allow enough time for setting up and clearing away afterwards.
